Best babysitter ever

I was lucky to spend a lot of time with Larry, arguing over art theories and grant applications, all with love and respect. But one of my favorite memories of Larry was with my son, Zach, also known as Little Man. My son had a lot of health problems when he was an infant. He felt terrible, and would cry a lot. I have a vivid memory of Larry holding Zach, dancing around with him, patting him on the back and saying shhh shhh shhh noises. Larry, immaculate in one of his “Larryesque” shirts, with his very cool shoes, the creator and leader of this crazy art movement we call Burning Man, taking the time and effort to bond with my baby, sharing love and care while discussing what projects we wanted to fund for the playa. Thank you Larry for all you have done, for all the happiness, kindness, laughter and fun you have brought to the world. I love you.
